Return window
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
How to return
- Email team@jhajha.in with your order ID and reason.
- Our team will schedule a reverse pickup via Delhivery within 24–48 hours.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is initiated.
Refund timeline
- Prepaid orders: 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
- COD orders: 5–7 business days via UPI / bank transfer.
Non-returnable items
Innerwear, perishables, customized products, and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
Damaged or wrong item?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice.
